Absolutely ravenous all the time as well! I try to add protein to breakfast and to an afternoon snack, tends to help keep the cravings but definitely have some junk in the evenings 🫠I’d add a protein smoothie if I could be bothered to make it. Try nuts, fruit and lactose free yogurts.
