@PeachyQueen she has eczema in the usual places. But the back and front spread like this is new. Going docs today about it
It looks a bit like chicken pox
@Sarah - Cant See Waves yes it might be the beginning stage of chicken pox
@Sarah - Cant See Waves this has been like this since she’s been back at nursery. She’s had the Easter break off…. Now; they’ve had been some chicken pox cases whilst she hasn’t been there. And when I was asked to pick her up today I asked if she thought it was chicken pox and she said now because they normally look like wet blisters?
@Lauren my LG had it mildly when she was about 6 months old and only a few looked like that from memory. Perhaps get calamine lotion to see if it helps x
@Sarah - Cant See Waves well hopefully the docs can shed some light on it. But I have bought some of that just in case. X
@Lauren hope she gets better soon
@Sarah - Cant See Waves so apparently it’s just really bad eczema so she’s giving us a different steroid cream and a different cream to use as well so we will see if this works. But my six month old has it also. X
@Lauren please dont use steroid creams! they do more damage than good!
@PeachyQueen I’ve used them in the past and they have been great. And if the doctors prescribe it….
It’s not eczema if she’s not phased by it. With eczema it will be really itchy and she would be scratching it alot and it would affect her sleep. Go get a second opinion.
