Used my breast pump for 10 mins on the night of my due date and then another 10 mins the next morning at like 9:30am after I took a mile morning walk at maybe 8:45am water broke at 10:20am. I was 40 weeks+1 day and had my daughter at 40 weeks+2 days
Was too nervous to that earlier I wanted to be close to my due date. I tried everything.. even s3x didn’t do shit it was awkward and I cried the whole time trying to induce that way. I didn’t dilate and I started to do self inducing and the tea and the spicy foods and stupid s3x starting at 35 weeks….
Walk on the curb for like 3-4 days and did 2-3 walking laps those same days then had sex also was drinking the raspberry tea
i’m not sure if it helped kickstart labour or if it was just a coincidence but i had a spicy curry 2 days before labour and my leftovers the day after, then went into labour the next day at 40+2
Spicy foods and a lot of standing broke my water.
I am not sure what worked but i ate loads of pineapple and walked on the curb just before my contractions started. Important to note that i did not dilate :/
Any stretches that loosens your hips and pelvis should help.

Pumping, okra water, raspberry leaf tea, pineapples, not just sex but orgasms and lots of stretching. I watched some YouTube video on hip opening stretches
