I’ve been taking these https://www.wildnutrition.com/products/food-grown-pregnancy-new-mother-support?_pos=1&_sid=e10cef1e7&_ss=r
I get the pregnancy vitamins from the hospital
I’ve been on proceive - they do tailored ones for each trimester x
You can contact midwife or GP to get bloods done if you think iron is low! Don't leave it over a month to get it checked out
I take Spatone for iron and vit C, you can get them from boots or supermarkets, vit D and wild nutrition pregnancy vit with a pre or probiotic can’t remember which one but they are on subscription so easy as they turn up when I’m running out, also a methlyfolate liquid drop from biocare x
I was recently diagnosed with iron deficiency anaemia but had to push for the tests- I would definitely ask the midwife for GP to check as it won’t resolve without treatment (if that is the cause). I also just take some over the counter pregnancy vits and vitamin D (I was advised I was also vit D deficient).
I was given vitamins and iron by the midwife as standard issue so just taking them
Also contact the midwife you could have low iron they will test xx
