Help, My daughter came from daycare and i have noticed this rash on her back can anyone tell me what could have caused it !

It sort of looks like hives? Maybe try a once off dose of kids telfast
What’s the temp like? It honestly just looks like heat rash to me
That kind of looks like scabies. Is she uncomfortable, like it itches?
Not itching or bothered it at all

Is it just on the back or anywhere else too? Does anyone else in her class have it ?
Looks like bad heat rash or reaction to something. Check in with a doc if it doesn't change
@Amandeep just her back and i did email the daycare no response yet
@M🍀 i thought it was a reaction to something she might have ate at school, i did give her an oatmeal bath and today seemed to have faded abit
