Mother's Day

I've never got one👀 id love something we could all do as a family together

@Rachael same here 👋🏻 it’s been nothing but me with the twins all day everyday since their birth. I have yet to get a day out with hubby without the kids😭

They give me makeup or perfume or candles or nail stuff and flowers every year. I get the same stuff every year but like different scents and fragrances. Then he takes the whole fam out for an $ dinner. Last year was teppanyaki

My household doesn’t do gifts on Mother’s Day or Father’s Day normally but we do a day out like this yr it’s a trip to the zoo bc I’m happiest when my toddler is super happy and excited and he’s been big on naming animals lately . Gifts that tend to make me excited tho are bath bombs , wax melts , pjs . I’m a homebody so it doesn’t take much to make me excited . We have gifted wind chimes , bird feeders , flowers for Mother’s Day and taken our moms out to breakfast before .

My husband just remembered all the books I'd mentioned I wanted in passing at Barnes and Noble and then went back and got them ❤️ I also have a "mamas wishlist" on Amazon with a mix of kids stuff and stuff for myself I want and he'll occasionally order stuff off it as a surprise for me. Not too long ago he got me a silk kimono style robe and a nativity toy set I had on there.
