Mom in law wants my daughter for herself?

Hi so I was wondering if anyone else experienced this with their mother in laws, well it’s actually my ex mom in law as I separated from my baby’s dad because he was just so verbally abusive and I refuse to continue that cycle and let my daughter think it’s okay. From the beginning before his mom had told me that me and my daughter aren’t a package which I understand my ex and I didn’t have to be together but very much my daughter and I are a package and I expect to be respected and to be kind to if you want to be in our lives because why would I want my daughter to see me being disrespected and think that’s okay to be treated that way? Anyways I currently had filed for full custody because my baby’s dad had made subtle hints on lying about to cps about me because I found out he was cheating His mom has also made those hints when we were together because she would talk about taking in my daughter if cps ever got involved and I would ask why would cps get involved and she would say “well some people just lie” which I thought was so weird and then my baby’s dad made suggestions on calling cps on me when I found out he was cheating Mind you I know his mom and brother and everyone knew about the cheating too and all lied to me that he wasn’t I dont really care about that anymore but what I did care about was he was making these outrageous lies about me and sent photos of MY baby and got her age wrong when she was just 2 weeks old and he said she was a month old and said I was this bad mom when I’m the only one taking care of her and he hasn’t done anything playing Disney dad to this girl which was so fucked up so ngl I crashed out Well these dumb asses GOT A RESTRAINING ORDER on me! Said I was harassing for a month and a half which is bullshit because he was just over when my baby was born and we’ve been communicating and we’re together up until I found out about the cheating. Then I didn’t even know about this restraining order because before I was served this whole time he was begging and trying to get back together with me and was literally going to come down here to see my daughter the day after it was filed which is CRAZY but he never made it down here bc I currently stay with my mom and she told him to not come when he was already half way down here and he crashed out when he could have still came just got a hotel However he didn’t and went back home But it was such a bizarre thing bc I got served the day he would’ve went back home My family and I totally believe he was coming down here to take my daughter and then have this restraining order on me and there would have been nothing I could’ve done to get her back without going to jail and the reason why I say it’s his mom behind all of this is because she has nothing but boys and stayed saying “I always wanted a daughter” She was the one to pay to get me served, she paid for his bus ticket to come down here, she has been doing a lot to try to say I’m emotionally unstable and there’s just so much more to it I feel like I’ve typed too much But does anyone else get creepy vibes like this from their mother in law?
