Hi all! Just wondering what folate or folic acid supplements you are on? I’m on MTHFR prenatal methyl, but seen some things recently about needing both folate and folic acid so just curious.

Anyone else feeling overly tired? G6P3 I'm currently 9 weeks with bub due on 18th April 💞 All my bloods have been fine but I am so tired all the time. I am still nursing and getting up 1-2 times a night to feed bub but I am feeling so exhausted in the afternoons and often find myself needing a little nap 😴
