My baby is 10 months old and still nursing several times a day. I feel like I’m getting clogged ducts? Idk like sometimes in morning one boob hurts for hours/ days or if I go out for a couple hours it starts to hurt. Anyone else? Any tips?

I’ve been a stay at home mom for 3 years… and I go back to work on Monday. Let’s just say nervous is an understatement. As hard as being a stay at home mom was for me… I’m worried about how to be an actual functioning human out in the world again. I swear that part of my brain has shriveled up. 😅
