A in Postpartum mental health

How has have a narcissistic mother effected your marriage?

We have 2 kids, 3 and 6, and I am a stay at home mom. He wants a social life and I have no friends, I have always been a loner because my mother controlled my life. I feel so lost when he isn’t here and worry about him and he says I’m controlling. I’m just really struggling 😞

Best book ever!

This book not only validates what I have experienced from my own mother but also has a chapter on how to recover from it. Finding myself apart from what my mother made me to be is possibly the hardest and most confusing thing I’ve ever done. Hope this helps you all as much as it’s helping me!
