Help

My kids father is on drugs. I have a 2 year old boy and a 9 month old girl. Plus a 6 year old stepson. It is getting unbearable. I can't say nothing or complain about nothing without him getting aggressive towards me. He spends all the money on drugs. He don't let me work or nothing. I'm from Europe I don't have family here. I don't have legal papers in this country. Does anybody know if I can leave the country with my kids without his consent? Plz help I need advice soon. I have to play cool with him or otherwise he gets aaggressive. I can't take it no more. I do not have place to go im all by myself in this country with my two kids
