I think there is a lot in youtube :)

@Prexie is there? Wasn't sure if there was one that's super good at all or what I should be worrying about ? Haha

There are lots of ā€œrecipesā€ online but basically you need witch hazel, lavender tea or essential oil, and aloe vera

@Kayla i think its all pretty straight forward Witch hazel Aleo vera - alcohol free Pads As i me i didn't buy or made one but i have tucks and perineal foam spray.

What are Tucks and the spray first time. Hearing it!

I went to the states and got that dermoplast spray, and then I’m going to be buying tucks pads

@Kayla the dermoplast brand you can only get in the states, but there is a brand at rexal/London drugs which is the same. You literally lay down 3 tucks circle pads (they have witch hazel in them) and then give them a good spray, and it should help with the pain.

@Kayla tucks is a witch hazel pads that you can line to your pad/adult diaper and the perieal foam spray is from frida mom witch hazel in foam form. :) If i have a massive tear (knock on wood) ill just get padciscles from my hospital to bring it home.

@Kiana we have solarcaine first aid spray basically dermoplast canada version

@Prexie I couldn’t remember what it was called. I went to the states just for the weekend not to long ago, and it was just out of convenience to grab it. I’ll grab the solarcaine if I need a second can

We have frida mom at walmart incase you need some. Than waiting for amazon delivery. If that helps

I followed this recipe https://prettyprovidence.com/diy-padsicles-postpartum/

Lemme tell you, padsicles.... are not all they're hyped up to be. They're great for a few seconds then become gross and uncomfortable as it thaws. When I went in for my first born, I had padsicles made and the nurses gave me what they called "icy fingers" (ABSOLUTELY AMAZING) Basically it's a rubber glove, with two fingers full of water and tied off so it stays in the fingers. Freeze it and then use them as inflammation relief. Loved it because then I could position it where I needed it, like more on the tear or where ever hurt more.
