Impetigo or Hand, foot & mouth

My 19 month old broke out in tiny spots around mouth, palms and soles of feet yesterday. Now she has blisters on other side of the hand and feet as well as lots of tiny spots grouped closely together on her ankles and wrists and the odd one or 2 blisters on leg and upper arm. She finds it itchy. No ulcers in mouth as far as I can see. No temperature. She is absolutely fine in herself. Lack of appetite though (although not to pancakes!). My question is - is this impetigo or simply hand, foot and mouth. I will double check with Dr in the morning.
