Dribble rash cream

My little boy has awful dribble rash and dry skin around his neck. We’ve tried sudocrem, any suggestions of something that works?

I've read lanolin (nipple cream) Is meant to be good. We've only just started using so can't comment properly but seems to look less sore today x

I got epimax from the chemist, cleared it nearly overnight! The pharmacist told me sudocream can dry it out more

Apparently a thin layer of vaseline is good at protecting the skin x
