Lidl Ice Cream
Just eaten a bit of the choco brownie Gelatelli Ice Cream from Lidl and glanced at the ingredients and it doesn’t say anything about it being pasteurised. Now starting to panic a bit but I haven’t eaten much. Anyone eaten this and been fine?

By law packaging has to state if a product is unpasteurised, so if it says nothing it will be made using pasteurised milk
I work in the dairy/food industry , this will be pasteurised.
It will be made with pasteurised milk.
