I found the Lilets ones amazing; they’re thinner (the thick ones made my episiotomy extra sore 😣) super long, wings and really absorbent. I tried disposable pants, and they weren’t right for me, but others rave about them!
Another vote for the lilet ones!
I went with the boots ones for both my labours they were very absorbent
I used the Tesco own ones. They have the thick ones and they also have thin ones which are like super long pads
They weren't maternity pads but I used sainsburys have night time pads pack of 12 about a pad they were brilliant 👌
I got Always disposable period nappies and Frida shorts that I wore over my regular underwear with a giant sanitary towel. Also spritz for bitz
Definitely lilets. They were easier to wear, ie not like some where it feels like having a brick in ur knickers
Im gonna pack the TENA / Always pants
I used Tesco own thick maternity pads. Then when my bleeding eased I think i switched to boots own thinner maternity pads. Xx
100% Tena pants!! I wish I had used them with my first- they were a god send with my second! I found the pads to be uncomfortable and made me very self conscious. They do plain black Tena pants which look like pants. X
Dispense or always disposable undies ! You don’t even have to worry about messing up your undies just throw the disposable ones away and they are full coverage and comfortable
I personally wasn't a fan of maternity pads. I only used them on the day of birth and then swapped to night pads but my bleeding wasn't too bad for either children. I used superdrug which was okay but also no wings which I didn't like. Some people swear by the nappy style pants you can buy x
