Question about nyc acs child care voucher
How long did it take for you ladies to receive the voucher ? I want to know your experience since I’m worry it might take too long for me . Because I have to reapply in the end of July because my paystubs gross amount varies they need 6 bi-weekly paystubs basically 3 months . I’m praying and hoping that it is fast like the first time I applied it took less then a week and half to get a respond back from the case worker but only to find out that I wasn’t eligible because the last time I applied my paystubs show exceeded the monthly gross amount and it was cause of my overtime . Thank goodness 😅 the case worker told me to reapply again and don’t do no overtime and you will qualify.

I’ve been waiting for almost two weeks and no response. Everytime I call no answer I was on hold for over two hours one day. Did you get yours ?
@Ariela yea I get mine but now i’m waiting for my daughter to be put in the day care waiting for the placement notice . Without that she can’t start
@Yavi🧿 oh wow. I hope she gets placed soon. How long before you got your voucher? My biggest fear is that the daycare will fill up by the time someone gets back to me.
