Ate old pesto

I’m 7 weeks pregnant and I ate some homemade pesto that was about a month and a half old before thinking to look up how long until pesto goes bad. It smelled fine, tasted fine, and didn’t have any obvious signs of mold or discoloration so I figured it was fine. After eating a little bit of it, I check google and it says it should only be good for 3-4 days in the fridge. Now I’m spiraling and freaking out about food poisoning and botulism. Has anyone else had any experience with this?

You’re fine. Even if you get sick you’re most likely fine. If you get super super sick then just make an appointment with your doctor or OB but you’re most likely fine

You likely would have noticed if it had gone bad.

I ate baked oysters (stay away from seafood people!) and got food poisoning- baby was fine I went to the ER because I was so worried they ran tests and by the time I got there it was over it was just a 24 hour thing. Hydrate to get it out of your system but if you’re not on or hanging by a toilet then you and baby are fine:)
