Bepanthen works a dream x
We use Calendula Nappy Change Cream, it takes any sore redness away.
I can’t help with the cure, but once it’s sorted, I recommend using bepanthen nappy care ointment - it’s a barrier cream which stops nappy rash. I’ve used it since she was born and she’s never had a nappy rash xx
Have you had it checked by the gp? He may need an antifungal just to settle it and then a barrier cream for prevention x
How long have you been using metanium for? My girl had nappy rash and using sudocrem didn’t work and it got worse, but got metanium and because it had got so bad it took about 3/4 days of using it for it to clear up but she’s much better now. May be worth being persistent and changing nappy extra frequently just so you can keep applying it
I swear by weleda camomile nappy cream.. it's organic and clears it up so fast.. it also lasts forever as you don't need a lot of it xx
I swear by Metanium it takes a few days to heal up bad nappy rash tho my girl would have lots of blisters and scabs at one point and I had to apply it after every change, it lasted for weeks, I even took her to the doctor because I was so worried but they said it can take a long time and just keep the area clean and dry. Eventually it went away and whenever she has any flare ups I use Metanium. Hope you find something that works x
Bepathan works great instantly when my little girl gets sore. And you only need a little bit as its quite thick too so lasts ages. I only ever use it when sore which is quite rare for her though as dont use anything as a "barrier" cream. As constant moisture down there isnt good.
for me bepanthen worked like a magic. Also, i use vaseline after each diaper change and bepanthen when i notice any redness.
Try Waleda. On amazon. Best thing ever! I swear by it for terrible nappy rash. And if even worse I add cornstarch to it, make a nice paste. Works a charm!!!
Coconut oil
Egg white works really well! But don’t keep it in the fridge otherwise it is too cold for little one. I’ve used it on both my toddlers when they have bad nappy rash and it clears up so quick! xx
