Mam dummies or cheaper alternative?

I know you can get ones very similar in Tesco/asda/boots for a lot cheaper. My first born had mam dummies but they are so expensive compared to other dummies. We will be using mam bottles so don’t want to confuse baby by using different teats 🤷🏻‍♀️
