Cold shoulder ,
I have felt it a few times lately , didn’t think of anything , and then yesterday I came across instagram rill that mentioned cold shoulder as one of many perimenopause symptoms .
Has anybody experienced it ?
I don’t see waves 😄

I haven’t diagnosed it but I ve experienced a few times a feeling of sudden cold sensation in my shoulder , it would last for a few seconds , long enough to notice it and it would be gone 🤷🏻♀️
