Maternity exemption form
On maternity leave I know we get exemption for prescriptions but do we also get this for dental work? I can only find my nhs prescription exemption form but nothing for dental work.

Yes, if it’s an NHS dentist. Can’t bloody find one round here so no option not to go private and pay 😩

@Rosie go onto the nhs website and call all around. When I rang they said call back next week because they were getting nhs places from the government x
@maisey Benson yeah that one lovely should have a number on it and just give that to your dentist when they ask for why your nhs expemtion xx
