I get the same pain!! Its awful, its like a cramp/zing where the ball of my leg fits into my hip. Do you have a tennis or lacrosse ball you can roll your right butt cheek on? Also roll out your feet!! Go see a pelvic floor physio. I have been seeing one and she gave me some great exercises for my pelvis in the last months of pregnancy.
