Wellness Wednesday…How Are You?
Take a moment to really check in with yourself. I recently shared wellness is a journey and as Lifelong Educators you already know this applies to learning too.
When you check in with yourself what do you do? Are you aware of your breathing and your thoughts too? How deep are you able to breathe in and exhale?
Are your thoughts motivating you to get through your day? What is something you can do today to say, “Yay!”?
Wherever you go and whatever you do this Wednesday make it a Wellness Day too and be sure to find some time to Wine or Wind Down with something that makes your day.
One day having a group podcast would be a great way to continue the Wednesday Wellness day. We need to establish a timeframe that works for those that want to join in having something to say…
