What to dress baby in at night?

I normally go 1 tog sleepbag and short sleeve vest xx

I'm doing short sleeve vest and 1 tog sleeping bag tonight

We dress our LO (9 weeks old) in sleep bag, vest leggings and a top and sleeps. Every baby / household is different it’s just making sure baby isn’t too hot/ sweaty 💕

I'm having this problem! Our bedroom is currently 27 degrees! I've just got her in a nappy and sleeveless vest. I normally have her in a swaddle bag but I haven't at the moment. It's really hard to know what to do when it gets so hot 😬

sounds like it should be! every baby is different so feel her head when she falls asleep and see how she feels. then you can either add or remove a layer! my little boy is in a short sleeve vest and a (can’t remember which) either 0.5/1 tog sleeping bag x

1.5 tog max if a room is 22/23 degrees. A sleep suit is 1 tog, a vest is 0.2 tog for reference. We have our baby in just a nappy and 1.5 tog swaddle x

My room is 22-23 and my baby is sleeping in a 1Tog Overall and a 1Tog sleep sac! Ergopouch is a GREAT, my baby is sleeping very well in them. Some babies like it cooler so if you baby is happy in what she’s wearing now then I wouldn’t worry about it! She definitely won’t freeze in that temp! 🥰

I’ve got mine is a 2.5 sleep bag and long sleeved vest in 22.7 her legs are bare and her arm are out the bag. Last night she was 1.5 and kept waking up and felt cold. I make sure to take her temperature and check she’s not clammy/sweaty. X
