Formula help

Hello! I was wondering if I could have some help please? We have just started using Kendamil and on the instructions it says to boil the kettle and use the water within 30 minutes. Are we able to pour the boiled water directly after boiling into a sterilised bottle and add the formula straight away? Or does it need to *always* sit for 30 minutes in the kettle / bottle to cool a little before adding the formula? Also, once added the formula are we able to put it in the fridge straight away to cool down or does it need to sit for a while before being put in the fridge? FTM and mainly been breastfeeding so feel a bit clueless!

Hey, you'll get used to it in no time at all. Its advised not to use boiling water because nutrients are lost. Again advised to cool bottles down in a bowl/ sink/ basin etc before putting into fridge for a max of 24 hours. I find it easier to count scoops into empty bottles, use a spare bottle to measure water and pour into bottles. Then the scoop doesn't get formula stuck because of the steam.
