Can anyone advise me on if my baby is ready to be potty trained and advice on how to do it please?

My baby is 16 months in 3 days and has started to take her nappy off when she’s had a wee and squats to poo, and she’s aware of when she is weeing. Are these signs that she is ready and if so how do I go about it please?

Give it a go and see! Especially if she can say “potty” to you. Here's my experience with my daughter (now 2). She has had dry nights since 14 months (night trained ever since then) & showed interest in the toilet. We got her a potty at 18 months. On the first day, we placed it in her usual "poop corner." She pooped in her diaper while sitting on the potty, so she was ready😂. We used pull-ups when going out but rarely needed them. To train her, I removed the living room rug, left her pants off, and took her to the potty every hour which I kept in the living room. The first day was tough with accidents. She ended up preferring the toilet over the potty at that point... so l ended up buying a small toilet seat attachment for her that lifts up and down (recommend!) & by the second day, she was fully trained! She was saying potty every time she needed to go & I would take her. She then wore undies from Carters. So give it a go for a few days and if not, wait and try again in a few months.
