I know how you feel I went through the same thing with my first even though I was a lot older than you, it’s was still so hard. Take each day as it comes, you’ve done the right thing by checking with your doctors, maybe reach out to a health visitor, Some things that helped me was : - gripe water instead of Infacol - burping after every feed or even midway - tummy massage before or after bath - a warm bath used to help him relax especially in the evenings when he was screaming his head off - baby sling, it keeps them upright and they also feel calm being next to you - take him outside, go for a walk - talk to him about anything like as if he can understand you If you are struggling to soothe him especially when he won’t stop crying and you’re feeling like you can’t cope then put him safely in his cot and sit in another room just to calm yourself down and then try again. You got this I started to enjoy motherhood more around the 4/5month mark when they can play a little more x
Don’t know about others but my baby actually got worse pains with infacol so I started using gripe water instead which seemed to help, I also was using tommee tippee bottles which I’ve now stopped using as so many people told me their babies colic was worse with them (don’t know if you’re using them) Have you got a nice health visitor? They’re good for speaking to doctors to express concerns if the doctors aren’t wanting to take you seriously Hope it gets better for you! My boy was around 4 months when his colic/ gas pain started to wear off xx
