I’ve heard mixed opinions on this also but I’ve chosen not to drink red bull during my pregnancy. I’m 33weeks on Sunday before I found out I was pregnant I was having A can A day and I’ve not had 1 drop of red bull since the day I found out I was pregnant. I will be taking some to hospital with me so I can have my first can after baby girl is born (bottle feeding)

I was told to avoid. Due to heart rate rising. Your heart rate rises in pregnancy anyways and further you are along the higher it is. The same with coffee. I use to drink monster but resorted to a lucozade now and again.

No it's not safe

How much caffeine is in it? You can have up to 200mg a day

I drank one redbull in my pregnancy and ended up ill so stopped all together, hardly even drink them now she’s here lol

I'd opt for a coffee. I hate energy drinks so didn't drink them. But it's not just about caffeine in them. There is more 💩 stuff in it. You can have up to 200mg of coffee a day.
