Constipation

I am currently 31 weeks FTM and I’ve been experiencing constipation. Any suggestion on what ok should take or smoothies I can make to minimize this issue? 😒

Having enough water and fibre also heard kiwis are good

Magnesium and pro and prebiotics lots of water

i agrée w @Lindsay lots of fiber and water! sometimes just sitting on the toilet for a long time helped too. not trying to push too hard/early but patiently waiting for things to happen lol

Try Chia Seeds soaked in water

If you like smoothies, green smoothies can help. Spinach for one helps with a lot of things. It has fiber, iron, and i think vitamin A. If you like it in a smoothie, in a salad, or cooked with your food. There is a variety of ways you can eat it and stomach it if you're not a fan.
