If you have had twins, when did they see both on the ultrasound?

So far I’ve had one ultrasound around 8 weeks and they said there was just one baby but I swear I feel like I’m pregnant with twins I just keep having this intense feeling that there’s 2, and I’ve heard a lot of people say that sometimes the second baby doesn’t show up until after 12 weeks so I’m wondering if there is any possibility

It showed up right away for me. I had a 7 week ultrasound. My ultrasound tech did tell me that it is easier to spot di/di twins (my twin type) early, but it can be harder to find mono/di or mono/mono. Not sure if that’s the case for everyone though!

I first saw mine at 6w & then 10w clear as day 😊 then 12w

Thank you! I should’ve added I found out I was pregnant very early with a dye stealer which was my first sign that maybe it was twins

How early? I found out early for both my twins and now my singleton. I was told that some women just have higher HCG levels early on

@Dana a little before 4 weeks it was just weird cause with my first I found out after 4 weeks and the line was faint so I wasn’t used to seeing that

For both singleton and twin pregnancies, I found out at exactly 3 weeks. Still could be just one! Next ultra sound could definitely confirm more ☺️

@Dana were you more symptomatic with twins vs single?

Oddly enough, I have worser symptoms this time around with my singleton! I don’t think that’s always the case though. Every pregnancy is so different. I honestly thought I was having twins again because of these symptoms 😅

Mine showed at 6 weeks

Any updates?
