@Kate thinking of a banana date protein shake for breakfast each day. I don’t care for peanut butter. It’s always so hard when the dietitian says oh eat some nuts or PB. Just never cared for it 🙃
@Brooke I would definitely check your numbers after and if you can stand it maybe add some greens and/or a source of fat like avocado. Banana and date together could be a bit high in carbs so it's just about finding a balance that works for your body.

I did. I paired it with peanut butter and an additional protien source. I checked my numbers after and it was fine for me personally.
