Try a plain background because I feel like the shadowing lines on the picture are making us see a line that isn’t there

I can see what might be a very faint line. I know when my lines were super faint they didn't show up in pics well. I would retest again in 2 or 3 days. By then they should show up a little better. The first response pink dye tests are good about picking up early results.
