Can toddlers sense labor is approaching?

So my toddler has been very aware from the beginning of a new baby coming and I make sure he feels really involved in everything, he even acknowledges a “little brother in mummy’s belly” on his own accord. He will listen to my belly, touch the bump and also tells everyone he’s having a brother (he’s 2) anyways I know they aren’t fully aware of what it all means and the changes that are about to happen but behaviour wise has been nothing out of the norm he’s a big daddy’s boy and even while pregnant he hasn’t been that clingy or more affectionate that people suggest happens. Anyways I’m 35weeks and my toddler has all the sudden started acting really clingy/wanting to be held by me and only me. Wants me to tuck him in at night and also crys for me when usually he’s like that with everyone else but me 😭🤣 I’m not complaining if anything I love it as I’ve not had this sort of reaction from him in a long time him wanting me to do everything but I’m wondering if he can sense that labor is approaching and this may be there reason for this sudden change? Anyone relate?

I believe it’s to do with the hormone rise! 🥰

Hormone rise starts at 32 weeks and makes the babies super clingy and loving! X

Yes apparently it's to do with our hormones, which is crazy!! My daughter is nearly 3 and has been exactly the same the past couple of weeks. Soaking up the cuddles while it's still just us 🥰 x
