I’m in the UK so Mat leave isn’t a worry. Whether I stay where I am or go somewhere new I’ll be entitled to the same leave. My concern is that I already have a job but I’m underpaid (massively) and struggling financially. But obviously leaving somewhere I am established is a gamble. What if I end up worse off. Or without any job at all 😭
@Incognito I'm sorry, I didn't see that you had replied.. how is the work situation? 🤔 Are you due to give birth anytime soon?

Yes, I guess I would if I had to find work and support the family while pregnant, with my daughter I had only just started a new role when I found out I was pregnant so not much different, I just didn't qualify for maternity leave payments and could only take 6wks off at the time then she came 2wks overdue🤦♀️
