Hi Sharon, it’s been a year and a half at this current dose 😃
Eek! Then you're in need of a review with your prescriber ASAP 🙂🩷
Thank you
Hi. I am post menopause but was on HRT for five years. I think, looking back m, that it did cause mood swings similar to PMT. It could be worthwhile talking to your GP or a practice nurse about whether the HRT you are on is the most suitable for you. Also, think about why you are on it and do a bit of research around some other things that could help.
Thanks for this - think I’ll book in a review and go from there. I was going to just do my own increase but think I’ll wait for guidance 😄
@Melissa - please don't make any adjustments to HRT unless it's under medical supervision. I know you're not now, but it's a prescription product and needs to be managed by someone with proper medical qualification 🙂 I'm always banging on about it in our M-brace The Change groups, but it's important 🙂🩷
Hello 🙂 It can take a while for HRT to settle, and you may be due a review. How long have you been on this current dose? 🩷
