Good idea 😊 I’m 21 weeks currently and wondered if I was being too eager but I’m thinking the same, get it done gradually rather than stress and rush later on
I'm 36 weeks and we've been working on ours since about 28 weeks-ish. It's been nice to take our time & enjoy working on it together rather than rushing it.
3 months post partum 😂 we painted and put the cot and drawers up around 30 weeks. We have a built in wardrobe so helped the storage process.
I was 39 weeks ... my home looked like a warehouse that's why I gathered my strength to do it if not everything would still be in a box because baby is not even using any thing other than the swing 🤣 baby is 2 months old now
We had everything ready by about 30 weeks with my last pregnancy. This was as I was starting to get really uncomfortable so wanted everything sorted before I reaaaally didn’t feel like it!
So I'm 23W tomorrow and we're sorting it now, doing the wallpaper and painting. Will buy the furniture in the next couple of weeks or so. I want it all done so I can start storing stuff away etc. and just so it's all ready and waiting and not something we have to stress about last minute. We've got the time to do it now, so we figured why not? And we can just do it over the course of the month, going slow and enjoying the process rather than rushing around. Doing it at this point also means if there are delays in deliveries or whatever we don't mind as we have plenty of time
