Honestly I have been thankful at having a flexible job where I can work from home. I just returned in July and Honestly was able to "work from home" for a week while my baby was going through a bug. It has made easier for me to work and be able to be a MOM for my kiddos
same 😢 in 2 weeks 😢
@Citlally what kinda job? i how it’s not a scam 🙂↔️
@Lisa 😢who did you leave your baby with? how did you keep checking on your baby while at work?
@MrsB I have a daycare provider that I have used with my second child since she was one. And when I found out I was expecting I told her first. To save a spot for the new baby. I have used her for going on 6 years. I absolutely love her.
That was me it does get easier but you start to missing being with them through out the day
@MrsB So I am in social worker position that specializes in home visiting program for new moms and babies. My program is super family friendly up to my manger herself ( she began as a home visitor like me) Allows me to take my baby to staff meetings. We are thankfully a hybrid program so we work from home and office. Also I make my own schedule with my families I work with and can see anywhere from 1-4 families a day. Including traveling to within the county I work in. Also talked to my supervisor and since me leave was not a leave at all I had lots of stuff happen during my time away. ( Also had an extension on maternity leave due to unexpected surgery total 8 months out) We came to a conclusion that I would dedicate a day to work from home to stay my baby 👶 so we can bond and have time together. Honestly I'm thankful for my position program and people I work with. I have been there for working on 4 years. And honestly don't think of leaving as it had been so helpful being a mom to my kiddos.
@MrsB also am so happy that my baby loves going and they have therapy chickens and chicken for the daycare babies. I lucked out with my provider.
No it doesn’t ❤️😭
That was me too mama. For weeks🥲 it gets better🩷
