I don't know how to earn extra but depending on who you're with gas/electric wise. If you call them and ask about a hardship fund. Most companies like British gas or Scottish power who I'm with have a big chunk of money judt dat to one side they're supposed to use to help people when they're struggling. But these companies don't advertise this. You may have to prove your incomes and out goings through a company called step change. But I had about 1300 of debt cleared off. It doesn't get help against you and you don't have tovpay it back. There are also places like warm hubs that can support in too up support.
Check that you are getting all the benefits you are entitled to working part time.
