Omg this one is sooo much harder.. I had no symptoms 13 years ago with my daughter... no sickness, heartburn nothing.... this time round u name it I have had it.. I am having a boy this time so don't no if that makes a difference but I am so bloody done now lol.
Every pregnancy symptom going this time around...with my daughter all I had was fatigue! Definitely so much harder 2nd time!!
My first was a breeze 🙈 Definitely never doing it again as much as i love the bump and feeling her move, the sickness the heartburn and acid reflux and the general aches i never felt the first time has 100% put me off 🤣
😅 I was in so much pain in my pelvis and ribs with my first pregnancy and got barely any sleep for the last 3 months. This one certainly hasn't been easy, but in comparison, I feel so much better for some sleep and being able to walk a bit more!
This is my first pregnancy and just want to say thanks to @Katie for giving me hope for the next one 😂😂 this pregnancy has had every symptom and pain I could’ve imagined and I was holding onto the fact it will hopefully be easier the second time as I want two 😂 although after the last 8 months I won’t be in a rush haha
1000% second pregnancy! I’m so done having babies after this one 😂. Gestational diabetes on its own is enough to ruin a pregnancy 😒😅
Much of a muchness really. Slightly different due to having a toddler to look after this time around. Heartburn, reflux and sickness all throughout (boy)
Way harder. And funnily enough I’ve had no where near as much sickness this time, none of the sciatic pain I had where I literally cried getting hauled out of bed. I am however exhausted. And I deffo took for granted how much sleep I could get being childless and pregnant vs having one and pregnant. I said last week at 32 weeks I’m fed up now. I never thought I’d be desperate to feel newborn tired but god I’ll take newborn tired over pregnant tired any day of the week at the moment 😂
Harder physically this time just from the demands of having a toddler who needs me and still working. I definitely took for granted being able to nap and rest the first time. I feel a bit bigger this time. But I’m measuring 50th centile again. I’m almost 35 weeks and feel as exhausted as I did just before I gave birth to my first at 37 weeks 5 days
first was a breeze at 19 years old Second wasn’t too bad This one a nightmare can’t evwn walk constant achy pain top of thighs since 28 weeks doesn’t help having a 2 year old this time lol making me not want another for sure! lol
For me, it's a mixed bag. Mentally, I find it a lot easier 2nd time around. I'm a lot(!) less worried, and it also helps to know roughly what to expect. Physically, it's a different story as I have no time to recharge properly. Running after a 2.5yrs old toddler with a bump & all the usual symptoms is not easy. 😅 Other aspects of the physical side of my second pregnancy were very similar to the first & consider myself very lucky because of this. Last month has always been the hardest for me with muscle cramps (mostly in my legs) & and heartburn. Just need to push through now. We got this Ladies! 💚🤞
Definitely harder this time! Bigger quicker and bigger than last time, pelvic girdle pain and braxton hicks much earlier, much more fatigue from early on! No morning sickness this time which is much nicer than last time, but over all I enjoyed the first pregnancy much more 😂
Yes soo exhausting! I never got to the point with my first where i was over it and went 40+2 and currently 31 weeks and completely over it. Babies soo active and my bodies just soo exhausted 😮💨
