Aww Iā€™m so sorry to hear this! Your doing the best you can , donā€™t be disheartened kids donā€™t see materialistic stuff they just want love and time, Can you not apply for universal credit? Iā€™d deffo go to citizens advice / job centre see if they can help in any way? You can join Facebook pages that are in your area that have freebies a lot of people give away baby stuff

Sorry to hear about this! If you have Facebook, join your local pages as thereā€™s been so many mums giving away bundles of baby bits. Just get whatever you can to atleast take some pressure off yourself. Also there is a grant I think you can get if youā€™re on certain benefits (might be wrong) but I think itā€™s about 500 pounds to help towards buying bits. So you could use that towards a car seat and new mattress for a cot. Wish you the best of luck with everything xx

I'm so sorry you're going though this, it can be so hard when you have a toddler around and you're trying to get things sorted! I second joining local Facebook groups, especially ones giving away things for free, there's no harm in asking if people would maybe meet you somewhere if they're not close or some people are generous enough to drop things of too. Some childrens centers also have a clothes swap and some also have nappies etc, worth checking those and also speaking to staff they might be able to point you in the right direction for more support and grants that may be available to you. You also don't necessarily need a car seat, if you don't drive some trusts are okay with you taking baby home on the bus, I'm not 100% sure on that or if there's any other guidelines but I do recall some mums getting the bus home last year when I had my son x

Aw gal, Iā€™m so so sorry to hear this, sounds very tough, but you and your baby will be absolutely fine! I think social media is bad in that it makes you feel like you NEED everything as soon as you see someone has it. This just isnā€™t the case, babies donā€™t care about items. If you ever wanna chat pop me a message You got this šŸ©·šŸ’ŖšŸ¼

Have you applied for a maternity grant? Also look up healthy start, they give you a payment card for fruit/milk and vitamins for you and baby

Also Facebook marketplace is where I got a lot of my baby stuff such as cots etc
