Oat milk intolerance?

Hi everyone! My LO has a dairy intolerance so had been on alpro Oat milk for about 5 months (he is 16 months old.) The last 3 nights he has been badly sick. Monday and Tuesday he woke up after 2 hours and was sick all over his cot, the floor and himself. Tonight he finished the milk and instantly projectile vomited 3 times! I can only assume it's the Oat milk causing it as he isn't sick during the day. Which is also strange as he has oat milk for his afternoon nap and isn't sick then... Anyone experienced anything similar to this? Planning on a trip to the doctors and health centre tomorrow to get him checked. Thanks!

It's likely just him being unwell at the moment. Any kind of milk is generally too rich for the tummy if they're sick. My son is the same. I would just stick to water and bland, easy to digest foods like toast & butter for a few days to give his tummy time to settle

Maybe he have red tonsils that’s why is sick? Or throat pain?? Check with the gp

My daughter has an intolerance to oats but in the form of itching and eczema. Might be worth trying a different milk like soya and try oatmeal and see what happens or just do an intolerance test.
