So is the day of ovulation the best chance? Is the day of ovulation when you get your highest reading on a LH test? Xx
Ovulation happens 24hours roughly after the high on LH test so yes in theory is the best chance but whenever around, however the egg only stays 24 hours roughly after ovulation so make sure it’s before then, but as my doctor said to me, baby dancing every 48hours is a good start as it’s not relying on putting too much stress or strain on your body or mind and you are guaranteed to have sperm in your body for the egg, just would be whether the egg get fertilised. I hope this makes sense and provides some information for you. I can’t guarantee that all my information is 100% fool proof as this is all new to me too. Just going on my own research. I was always told at a minimum if you’re TTC then do it every other day, as I believe you ovulate 24-36hrs after LH peak, and sperm lasts up to 5 days I think so will be enough there by the time ovulation happens, however feel free to baby dance once a day as I do for maximum chances.
