As a general note: Despite the myriad products with MENOPAUSE labels slapped on them, you don't need any specifically labelled products. You also don't need anything eith a 'Menopause friendly' mark on it - this stuff is just a way to make money for marketing companies. They're overpriced, over marketed, and are just another way that menopausal people are being targeted to part with cash. Supplements and 'herbal remedies' tend to be the same, sadly. There's no clinical evidence to support the claims made by these Meno-formula companies, and some products can be harmful to some people. Please consult a properly qualified healthcare professional with access to your medical history before using any of these types of product 🙂🩷

I think our hormones have a lot to do with the breakouts. I do find change of lifestyle like healthy eating and try drinking lot of water works ! Good luck!!
