@Jessica only ovulation tests at the moment x
With the cheapy strips I personally found it really hard to identify a peak unless you're testing literally three or four times a day as it comes and goes so quick. If you can afford it, I'd recommend the clear blue digital advanced ovulation test with the flashy smiley face that gives you 4+ fertile days every month. Will also pick up a peak more easily. Worked for us, twice!
Also don't worry about doing it every day 😮💨 every two to three is fine. Sperm lives for up to five days.
OPKs don’t confirm ovulation, only by tracking body basal temperature you can pinpoint and confirm ovulation. So I’d recommend to switching to tracking BBT. Are you doing the LH tests at around 11am on a urine hold? Don’t drink much beforehand either. Some people get a very quick surge where the tests get dark super fast, others get a gradual darkening. If you’re getting your period you are ovulating, from the start of your period try counting back 10-16 days and that will give you a rough idea as to when you ovulate (the luteal phase generally lasts 10-16 days).
What method are you using to track?
