Paid Sick Leave

Does anyone know if NJ has a paid sick leave benefit to apply to? My nausea is very bad I am hardly functional and have already used my sick hours from my employer. Is there a paid sick leave benefit similar to maternity leave, where with a doctors note, you can be out for 4 weeks but receive benefits? This was a thing in Canada before I moved here. Thank you!
