Ovulation

Okay trying to get my head around things, when you get your positive on the ovulation test either digital/non digital does that mean you’re ovulating that day or right then? Would it decrease the chance of concieving if you try every day or even twice a day within your fertile window?

Once you find your peak, you *should* ovulate within 24-48 hours

@India oh amazing thank you!

No problem! It's no guarantee that you've ovulated/released an egg, but it shows your body is trying to at least xx

When you get a positive on an ovulation test, whether digital or non digital, it actually indicates a surge in your LH. This LH surge typically means that ovulation will occur within the next 12-36 hours, not necessarily right at that moment. So, a positive result is a great indicator to start or continue trying during that day and the following one or two days for optimal timing. As for frequency, aiming for once a day during your fertile window is usually ideal, as it gives sperm a good balance of quality and quantity. Trying twice a day isn’t typically necessary and may even lower sperm quality slightly. So, sticking to once daily around ovulation is generally a good approach. Good luck, and baby dust to you! ✨

@Dannielle you’re amazing thank you so much!! Xx
