I was exactly the same with my first and honestly had no clue what I really wanted. However what I did choose never happened as I ended up with sepsis so was induced which ended in an emergency c section. My only goal at the end was me and baby to be ok 😅
To have a solid birth plan, you need to be educated on what’s on it. Not being educated enough, is what leads to birth plan not going as plan. A birth plan is supposed to be what you desire in EVERY case scenario. Not just the perfect course of birth and delivery. So it should include your preferred method of care in cases of emergency, induction, distress, emergency cesarean etc… Hope that helps!
