Do you have a ball to do stretches on?? I started doing them for like 30 min every night and after a few days the soreness went away

I am literally asking myself this question like a broken record daily. Almost 34 w and cannot to be over. A ton of pelvic pressure, heartburn and nausea. Fatigue now kicks in, sleepy. But what gets me is the on/off pelvic jabs or whatever my baby is doing down there Like i need to stop during my walks as it feels like someone stuck a knife in my pelvis How in the world to hang in there for 6 more weeks 🤷🏻♀️
My first trimester I had the worst morning sickness. 25mg of Vitamin B6 worked wonders for me! As far as heartburn my OB recommended Pepcid Complete. For aches and pains a yoga ball has been working for me but I would also look into a prenatal massage!
Try a belly band, it can help with the back pain. I had severe heartburn and nausea my first trimester so I was put on medication for it. But Pepcid has always worked for me when I’ve forgotten to take my meds. I’ve got 3 weeks left
