Offended?

I’m in a mom group chat of about 12 girls with their littles around my sons age. We’ve gotten together a handful of times and occasionally had meet ups with a few who can make meet ups. One of the girls had a birthday party and 3 moms/kids weren’t invited in the group. They are talking about it the party in the group chat, sharing photos , etc. I feel like it’s rude to those that weren’t invited.

Is there a reason why they weren’t did they specifically leave them out were they just not in the conversation out the time what was the context of this all x

They were in the conversation , the mom said she “couldn’t invite anymore people” to someone in the group that wasn’t included.

Yeah that’s weird I would be slightly offended that’s sad

I don’t know maybe she is doing something that only holds a certain amount of people I don’t know but it is sad

“If everyone in the group wasn’t invited then you shouldn’t be directing the entire group” as a mother it’s disrespectful and honestly if my little girl was in a class and I knew all the children hadn’t been invited she’d not be going either but the child would still get a gift because they aren’t responsible for the adults choice

It would hurt my feelings, but it’s even more rude and hurtful that they are talking about it in the group chat you all are in

I get not being able to invite everyone, but it was rude and uncalled for to post photos and talk about it in the group chat with the very people you didn't invite 😒
